I ended up signing up for a pizza making class at Gygi's. Although there wasn't a lot different then what I have already learned online about pizza making there is something to be said about actually sitting down and having easy instructions and guides. There was a few tweaks I had to make to my recipes but they were tweaks that were exactly what I needed to make really GOOD pizza!
I am so amazed that you built that pizza oven. The pizza we had last year was amazing! I can't imagine it getting any better than what we ate last year.
