Mirrors

This is a welcome mirror I made for the wedding

instead of a typical book to sign they want people to sign a Book of Mormon and choose one of their favorite verses.  I made this mirror for the table.

Quick Run down of what keeps me busy

Here are. a few of the center pieces I have done for the tables for the wedding

Here we GO!

Im going to try to go through as much as I can as fast as I can because I am so limited in time.  This coming week we are going to Island Park for girls camp.  We will be staying at our family cabin.  I think I have mentioned that Im the Young Women's President.  Since we are going to our family cabin I have had a much bigger role in planning and executing camp this year.

I am basing camp off of Pres Eyrings talk, "Oh. Remember, Remember." The goal is to help the girls recognize the sacrifices of those that came before them, See the Lords hand in their life and in doing this strengthen their testimony.

Thanks to AI I was able to design this logo

I used my laser engraver to emboss on journals for the girls.

I have also engraved on tumblers and put their names on them.

I will update after camp on all the activities.

Miracle!

Just as I sat down to type this last post, I got a phone call from Ila.  When I picked up the phone she was screaming on the phone crying and pleading for help.  I was trying to make out what she was saying.  It wasn't until later that I put it all together but she was screaming, "Help Mom, I can't get out!"

Miracle #1 Adam is never home at 3:00.  He happened to walk in the house a few minutes before I received the phone call.

Adam and I, even though we didn't know what was happening jumped in the truck and started heading towards where we thought Ila might be.  Ila ended up crawling out the back window of her truck and started explaining she had been in an accident but she couldn't put together what happened with any certainty.

This is what we pulled up to.  We jumped out and found Ila with some pedestrians and witnesses.  The people were very kind and trying to calm her down.

Miracle #2 The people were very kind and helpful

Miracle #3 The guy driving the opposite way on the road not only was able to avoid wrecking into her but he clearly saw that she wasn't distracted, she was looking forward and she was in a daze. This all helped to explain what happened and the cops didn't site her because they believe it was a medical emergency.

Miracle #4 The firemen had come to cut her out but she was able to fit through the back window to get out

Miracle #5 It is completely unexplainable how she was not seriously injured.  There is not room to squeeze into the drivers seat due to all the damage.

Miracle #6 We have been dealing with a Vitamin D deficiency in Ila all year.  She broke her foot just skipping last fall.  Even though we dont have everything regulated yet, she didn't break a bone!

Miracle #7 This was the only injury she received.  I believe it was from the airbag.

For some reason Ila blacked out and lost consciousness.  We are seeing different doctors and doing test to try to figure out why this all happened.

I cried for 3 days knowing that we almost lost Ila.

Miracle #8 Ila remembers very little of the wreck and isn't traumatized by it.

I know without a doubt Ila is alive today because the Lord protected her and it wasn't time for her to leave this earth.  Im so thankful that we have been blessed to have Ila with us.
