Briggs and Avram have both started attending the Davis Technical College part time. They are both loving their classes there. Today Briggs came home and couldn't wait to tell us what happened in class. The teacher was showing them how to fill the chalk in a chalk string marker. Briggs watched how he did it and then he took the tool popped off a part and filled the chalk. It was a much easier way and the correct way, to fill the chalk marker. The teacher was floored. He couldn't believe how simple it was to do. Later he was showing them how to change the blade in a box knife. Briggs took the tool and showed the teacher a different, better and the correct way to change the blade. Again the teacher was amazed. He said, "I have been doing this wrong my whole life!" He said, "Briggs you are much smarter than you look 😂" The boys think their teachers are awesome. The DTC is great. They have one instructor that works with 1-6 kids. The classes are super small. Briggs is loving being the smartest kid in the class.
That's awesome! I am grateful that he's had such a great experience at the DTC. Learn all the hoops so I can get David through it when he's in high school.
