A 2nd driver! Briggs took his driving class with a private company back in January. He was done in two weeks and easily passed his written and driving test. He had to wait until his birthday, at the end of April to finally seal the deal and get his license. He is so happy to have a little more freedom.
This year for Prom the school held its first and last dance of the year. They made it a stag dance so everyone and anyone could go but most kids treated it like a Normal prom. They dressed up in formal attire and had dates. ALL of Briggs friends have girl friends so this has added to the difficulties of social life in High School. Briggs friends talked him into coming to prom with them even though he didn't have a date. He didn't dress up for the dance but from the sound of it, everyone was very jealous he was in "cooler" clothing. Briggs had fun and he has lots of friends but doesn't really "fit" it with a specific group.
That's good he still went. I bet he was more comfortable than everyone else.
