Consistency

Last week we had a very productive week.  Each day the kids did their homework, jobs and activities.  I took them to a neighbors swimming pool and helped both boys, and a couple neighbors,  earn their swimming merit badge.
This week was the opposite.  Both boys woke up Monday morning with the stomach flu.
Both boys just sat in the bathroom taking turns throwing up.  It was so sad.

I just had to add the following picture because it was so cute.
Ila has packed around this picture for the past couple of years.  She won't let me display it she just wants it with her or in her room.

Grandma Larsen invited us to come have lunch with her today.  We enjoyed the BBQ.  Im not sure they will invite us back after the amount of food my kids ate.

  1. I bet Grandma was so happy to have you come. I hope no one else got stomach flu. That looks pretty miserable. I had to post the picture of Ila. That is a heart stopper.

  4. So sorry to hear your boys were sick, that is no fun. Also, that was so sweet of you to have lunch with Grandma Larsen, I am sure it brightened her day.

  6. So great! Ha ha. Your poor boys though. Not fair being sick in the summer.

  7. The picture of your boys in the bathroom is too funny. Hope it didn't last too long. At least it probably saved a lot of clean up on your part camping out in the bathroom:)
Love the story of Ila with your parents picture.
