We were nearly greeted by this adorable face when we got to Utah. Quentin actually came over the day after we got home. Crystal and Jake had decided to take their kids to Disneyland and they asked if we would watch Quentin. Quentin is in a stage where he needs his naps/schedule kept or else the whole world turns upside down. Everything worked out perfectly with us getting home just before they left.
The first couple of days were tough. I had forgotten how much work it is to watch babies. Quentin has struggled with Colic so we got the okay from Crystal and we added rice cereal to his milk. He ended up doing really well with the rice cereal. He was much more content.
We also made a few adjustments to his little car so that no one had to bend over to drive him around. He loved it.
As you can see, everyone had a lot of fun with Quentin.
Because we added rice cereal to Quentins milk he ended up gaining a pound in the one week with us.
It was hard to drop Quentin off with the Adams when they got home. After just one week we were all in love with this little guy. Even though Quentin did great with us and we had a wonderful time, he knew his mom when he saw her.
You guys were a lifesaver. I'll never be able to thank you enough for helping out while we were gone. Thank you for taking such good care of him.
