Marathon Saturday

Adam grew up in a home where they went to school or work and then they came home and crashed in front of the tv.  A few years ago he would have had a fit over this Saturday but we have broken him into real life.
Adam, scoutmaster, had a car washathon for a fund raiser.  The boys got donations toward each car they washed.  Then they had a "free" car wash with donations accepted.  The boys washed cars from 8:00am-2:00pm.
In the mean time I was running back and forth to soccer games.

Briggs had an extra credit opportunity Saturday morning to go spend a couple hours at the Hill Air Force museum with his history teacher.  We got there late but I think Briggs got the credit he needed. Ila and I colored pictures together while we waited for Briggs.
The big news for the week was for Briggs.  He performed in two plays. Spring time for Dan.
And,
Briggs tried out for his school Ball room dance team.  His team is one of the best in the state.  He was so excited to find out he made the team!!!
He also received notice for call backs to tryout for one of the main characters for his AMT class for next years play!

  3. Good job Adam and Briggs. Ila's birthday party looks like it was really fun. Lots of cute snack food to fit the theme. Glad you had a good turn out. Shows how much she is loved by everyone.
