Gem State

Gem state is the biggest ballroom event of the year for these guys.  Adam and I got a hotel room and we decided to use the weekend as an opportunity to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary.
Legacy debuted 3 dances for this event.
Briggs is in a dance with the music to Piarates of the Caribbean.  They took 2nd with this dance.


Briggs also danced 3 solo dances.



This dance is called "Mr Smith".  They have taken 1st place with this dance in every competition this year.

The new team dance for the year is called "beach party". It is a cute dance to a remix song of baby shark.  They took 2nd place which was outstanding considering their main dancer "baby shark" had to go to the hospital to have her appendix out that day.  They had to throw in a last minute replacement for baby shark.
